Erik L.

Erik L. is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Park Square Executive Search, LLC, a retainer-based executive search firm. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director, Life Sciences at J. Robert Scott, a global executive search firm owned by Fidelity Investments. Erik L. was also a Managing Partner, Biotechnology at Heidrick & Struggles and a Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Additionally, they served as the EVP Commercial Operations at Sentigen Holding Corporation, where they developed commercialization strategy and managed the operational business for a new drug discovery platform.

From 1987 to 1991, Erik L. pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Santa Clara University.
