Jack Carter

Jack Carter is a Senior Associate at Park Square Executive Search, responsible for managing complex C-Level and Board searches across various sectors, including technology, life sciences, and higher education. With a focus on candidate outreach and client partnerships within the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem, Jack also mentors research associates throughout the search process. Previous roles at Park Square included Associate, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate, where Jack conducted market intelligence and candidate identification. In addition to roles at Peter B's Espresso as a Student Manager and Barista, and as an Orientation Leader at Trinity College-Hartford, Jack gained experience as an intern at ForwardVue Pharma.
