Roy Hughes

Roy Hughes is an experienced professional in the field of recreation and community management, currently serving as the HOA Manager at Park Square Homes since March 2018, overseeing 32 HOA properties including resorts and family homes. Prior to this role, Roy served as the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Mount Dora from February 2008 to March 2018, where key responsibilities included planning and directing departmental activities and supervising staff. Roy's extensive background also includes roles such as Program Events Coordinator and Recreation Specialist for the Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation, where a significant focus was placed on special events and management of recreational services.
