Shawn Sullivan

Shawn Sullivan is an experienced construction executive with over 27 years in the industry, currently serving as the VP of Construction at Taylor Morrison since July 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Construction at Davis Homes, Director of Preconstruction at RealAmerica LLC, and Director of Construction & Operations at Estridge Homes. Shawn's expertise encompasses leadership in managing complex construction projects, strategic negotiations with subcontractors and municipal professionals, and overseeing comprehensive field operations and project compliance. Previous experience also includes founding S.A. Sullivan Builders and holding executive positions in operations management at Creative Renovations Inc. and C.P. Morgan, where significant contributions included improving production schedules and quality assurance in home building. Shawn holds educational credentials from The Ohio State University and Marietta College.
