Steven Smith

Steven Smith has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry. Steven started their career at Greater Construction as a Project Manager from February 1996 to August 2006. Steven then owned their own business, Timeless Builders, from August 2003 to October 2013. Currently, they are employed at Park Square Homes, where they have held the roles of Customer Service Manager and Director of Customer Care since October 2013.

Steven Smith attended the University of Florida from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a field of study in Construction Management. Steven did not obtain a specific degree during this time. Additionally, in August 2003, they obtained certification as a Certified Building Contractor from the State of Florida. Later, in January 2022, they obtained a certification as a Water Remediation Technician from the IIRCC.
