Brian Riggs

Chief Financial Officer at Park West

Brian Riggs has a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in various leadership roles. Brian began their career at Shea Homes in 2002, where they worked in community development and land acquisition until 2008. In 2008, Riggs joined Park West Companies as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations until 2010. Brian then served as the Division President from 2010 to 2012, and currently holds the position of EVP Finance & Admin.

Brian Riggs has a Certificate in Light Construction Development Management from UC Irvine, which they received from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Tulsa between 2000 and 2002. Their undergraduate education was completed at Saint Louis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from 1993 to 1997.
