Customer Support Manager at ParkBee

Louise Alberg has over ten years of experience in customer service and production management. Louise began their career as a production assistant for Corrino Films, where they worked on a variety of film and television projects. After a year with Corrino Films, Louise took on a role as operations manager for Amsterpark.nl. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

In 2012, Louise became store manager for Marqt, a Dutch supermarket chain. Louise was responsible for managing the store, as well as the employees. In 2014, they were promoted to head of production for Marley Spoon, a meal kit delivery service. In this position, Louise oversaw the production process, from recipe development to ingredient sourcing to packaging and shipping.

In December 2016, Louise left Marley Spoon to become customer support manager at ParkBee, a parking app that helps drivers find and book parking spots in cities around the world. In their current role, Louise manages a team of customer support agents who help ParkBee users with everything from account set-up to payment issues.

Louise Alberg has a HAVO degree in Economics from KSG De Breul, a Bachelors degree in Hotel- and EventManagement from Tio University of Applied Sciences, and is currently studying for a degree in Law at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Louise has also completed a course in Organizational Leadership at Lepaya.

Louise Alberg reports to Werner Paul Boerma, CEO. They are on a team with Daniel Mens - Head of Acquisitions NL, Angelique De Rauville - Managing Director UK, and Alexander Van Leeuwen - Business Development Manager.
