Maud Chaudhary

Maud Chaudhary has extensive experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Maud'smost recent position is Chief Investment Officer at Parkbridge, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Management at Parkbridge from January 2020.

Before joining Parkbridge, Maud worked at QuadReal Property Group as Vice President, Americas from September 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management - National Services at Dream Unlimited from May 2016 to August 2017.

Maud also has experience at Oxford Properties Group, where they served as Director of Real Estate Management from September 2011 to May 2016. Maud'sresponsibilities included asset management, budgeting, portfolio realignment, and leasing programs.

Maud began their career at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as an Investment Officer from March 2006 to July 2011, overseeing a multi-billion portfolio of diversified assets in the Americas region.

Earlier in their career, Maud worked at GWL Realty Advisors as an Asset Manager from May 2004 to March 2006, and at KingSett Capital Partners as an Acquisition Analyst from August 2002 to April 2004.

Maud started their career as a Financial Analyst at CBRE from April 2000 to August 2002, providing analytical support for investment sales and advisory.

Throughout their career, Maud has demonstrated expertise in asset management, investment analysis, portfolio management, and strategic planning.

Maud Chaudhary has a comprehensive education history. Maud obtained their Bachelor's degree with Honors in Economics and Business from York University in the period from 1993 to 1996. After that, they pursued a career in the financial industry and became a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder in October 2001 through the CFA Institute.

In 2008, Maud Chaudhary attended the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School for a short period of time. Then, in 2014, they participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Furthermore, in 2011, they completed the Management Development Program (MDP) at INSEAD, and in 2009, they undertook the Managing Alternative Investments (MAI) program at the same institution.

Maud'seducation history also includes Investment Management studies at the Canadian Securities Institute, where they obtained certifications in CSC (Canadian Securities Course), PFP (Personal Financial Planner), and CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) from 1997 to 2000.
