David Lodge

David Lodge is an experienced Property Director at Parkdean Resorts since February 2020 and has been the Director of David Lodge Consultancy since January 2014, providing expertise in property, design, and development. Previously, David served as Property & Development Director and Development Director at Casual Dining Group from January 2015 to September 2019 and held similar roles at Novus Leisure Ltd from November 2005 to January 2014. David also contributed as Head of Developments at Road Chef and as a Director at David Lodge Consultancy earlier in their career. Additional experience includes working in R&D at Spirit Group and as Design Manager at Scottish and Newcastle. David's career in development began with roles at Greenalls as Head of Developments and as Senior Designer at Pembrook Design. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
