Michelle Debrett-Watson

Michelle DeBrett-Watson is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in enterprise management and mentorship. Currently serving as the Enterprise PMO Manager at Parkdean Resorts since November 2020, Michelle has previously contributed as a Mentor for The Girls' Network, supporting young women in their professional journeys. Prior roles include Asset Investment Manager at NWG, Planning and Governance Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, and Programme Controls Manager at RWE npower, where Michelle led crucial programme management initiatives.
