Phil Wood

Phil Wood serves as the Park Services Manager at Away Resorts Ltd since September 2019, having earned the Manager of the Year award in 2020 for Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park and leading the Park Services Department to a Team of the Year award in 2022. Previously, Phil held positions such as Site Manager at Argyll Holidays and Maintenance Manager at Bourne Leisure Ltd, where responsibilities included managing teams across various departments, overseeing budgets, and completing capital expenditure projects. Experience also encompasses maintenance management at Rookley Country Park and hands-on technical skills as a Gas Technician at Jersey Gas. Education includes attendance at Wednesfield High Engineering School from 1987 to 1992.
