Rebecca Rodgers McIpd

Rebecca Rodgers MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Parkdean Resorts since September 2011. Previous roles at Parkdean Resorts include Head of Employee Engagement, HR Manager, Lead HR Officer, HR Officer, and HR Assistant. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as an HR Student Placement at Cummins Inc. from July 2010 to August 2011. Rebecca holds a degree in Business with Human Resource Management from Northumbria University, obtained in 2012, and another in Business with Human Resource Management from Newcastle College, completed in 2013.
