Courtney Ross Frantz

Courtney Ross Frantz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Courtney is currently the Director of Partnerships at Parker Clay, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at 31 Bits, where they held multiple roles including Sales and Partnerships Director from January 2018 to October 2019, Director of Involvement from January 2015 to December 2017, and Office Manager from April 2014 to January 2015.

Before joining 31 Bits, Courtney served as an Administrative Assistant at Colony Capital from December 2012 to April 2014. Courtney also interned at Students International Costa Rica from May 2012 to August 2012. Courtney's early work experience includes serving as a Junior and Senior High Summer Camp Counselor at Mount Hermon Association, Inc. from May 2009 to August 2011, and as a Resident Assistant at Westmont College from August 2010 to May 2011.

In addition, Courtney gained valuable skills and experience as an intern at the Not For Sale Campaign from January 2010 to May 2010. During this time, they managed several email accounts, increased international contacts, conducted research, and recorded information into Excel sheets. Courtney also attended workshops on human trafficking and Global Advocacy Days in Washington D.C.
