Ernesto Archila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy development and strategic engagement, currently serving as the Director of Integrated Partnerships at USA for UNHCR since September 2025. Prior roles include Climate and Financial Regulation Policy Director at Public Citizen, Strategy & Engagement Manager at Rainforest Action Network, and Senior Advisor for Private Sector at Oxfam America. Ernesto has a strong background in counter-trafficking policy, having served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, along with various roles in public outreach and policy advocacy. With a Master's degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Ernesto combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive initiatives addressing social, economic, and environmental issues.
