Global Director Of Talent Optimization at Parker Drilling

Stacy Senn has a diverse background in talent optimization and human resources. Stacy began their career as a Technical Trainer at Vinson and Elkins in 1998 and later moved on to become the Global Leader of Learning and Development at TPI from 2003 to 2007. Stacy then joined Tenaris as the Tenaris Regional (US) Training Manager, where they planned and executed training programs for all employees in the US. In 2013, they transitioned to Williams Energy as the Technical Training Manager, responsible for the development and Center of Excellence for all operational and functional areas. After three years, they joined Parker Drilling Company as the Global Senior Director of HR and Talent Optimization and was later promoted to the role of Global Director of Talent Optimization at Parker Wellbore. Throughout their career, Stacy has focused on talent engagement, executive talent planning, and designing and deploying talent engagement programs. Stacy is also experienced in instructional design principles and methodologies.

Stacy Senn completed a Master's degree in Training and Development from the University of Houston from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ag Communications with a focus on Communications and Agriculture from Texas Tech University from 1985 to 1989.
