James L. Papp

James L. Papp has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as Tech Team Manager at Parker Hannifin since October 2000. In this role, James oversees the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 network for the Industrial Hose Division, handling installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, desktops, and other technology in an Active Directory environment. Previously, James worked as a Help Desk Associate, providing technical support and troubleshooting for the entire corporation, and as a Lead Console Operator, managing OS/390 mainframe environments. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Console Operator at Consolidated Natural Gas from February 1989 to September 2000. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Network Design & Management from Western Governors University, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
