John Wickes

John Wickes has extensive experience in process improvement and quality assurance within manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Plant Lean Manager at Parker Hannifin since June 2018, John has previously held roles as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and Leadership Development Associate at the same organization. Prior to this, John worked as a Technical Intern at American Packaging Corporation, where responsibilities included quality assurance testing and flaw identification in flexible films. Additionally, John completed a Packaging Internship at Syngenta Crop Protection Inc, focusing on package testing and optimization. John holds a degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 2013 and 2018.
