Justin Reed

Justin Reed has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Global HR Area Manager at Parker Hannifin since December 2021, leading a team of 90 HR professionals across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Justin was Global Human Resources Senior Director at The Lubrizol Corporation, overseeing HR for a $4B business segment and service delivery in Asia-Pacific. Justin's previous positions include Global HR Director, Global Director of Talent Acquisition & Mobility, and Global HR Business Partner at Lubrizol, as well as Global Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at Veyance Technologies, where significant recruitment savings were achieved. Justin began a career in human resources at McMaster-Carr, contributing to talent acquisition and development, and has held various engineering roles and internships, including research at Stanford University and projects at Battelle Memorial Institute. Justin holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with an executive leadership certification from The Wharton School.
