Jason Friedland has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary industry. Jason began their career as a Sous Chef at Bloomfield Hills Country Club from 1999 to 2006. Jason then worked as a Sous Chef at Lettuce Entertain You from 2006 to 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an Executive Sous Chef and later as an Executive Chef at Weber Grill Restaurant. Jason joined Francesca's Restaurant Group as a Regional Chef in 2017 for a year before moving on to Parker Hospitality in 2018. At Parker Hospitality, they have held various roles, including Executive Chef at Hampton Social River North, Regional Culinary Manager, and their current position as Director of Culinary Operations.
Jason Friedland attended Michigan State University, where they studied Mathematics. Jason also attended Oakland Community College, focusing on Culinary Arts.
