Justin Schaub

Justin Schaub has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Justin has worked as the Senior Director of Culinary Operations at Foxtrot since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Culinary Operations at Land and Sea Dept. from August 2016 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Executive Chef at Bangers & Lace from August 2015 to July 2016. Justin'scareer began at Sodexo, where they worked as a Regional Coordinator from October 2012 to May 2015.

Justin Schaub graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2006 with an associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Justin then attended Wright State University from 2007 to 2011, where they received a bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
