Michael Fiorentino

Michael Fiorentino serves as General Counsel at Parker Hospitality since November 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner at Fiorentino Law Offices from October 2006 to October 2023, focusing on corporate legal needs in areas such as contracting, litigation, real estate, and transactional matters. Michael also worked as an Associate Attorney at Loftus & Saltzberg, P.C. from September 2003 to September 2006, specializing in commercial litigation for mid-size corporations. Earlier experience included serving as a Legal Extern at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Illinois, where Michael contributed to research and trial preparation on high-profile felony cases. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
