Alena Hyatt

Alena Hyatt, Esq. is an accomplished attorney currently serving as an Associate at Parker McCay P.A. since September 2022. Prior experience includes a Judicial Law Clerk position at New Jersey Courts from August 2021 to August 2022 and a Law Clerk role at THE GARTY LAW FIRM, LLC from February 2020 to April 2021. Alena has also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at both the U.S. Department of Labor and Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Before pursuing a legal career, Alena worked in various marketing and communications roles, including at Veralon and Dechert LLP, where positions ranged from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Intern. Alena holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
