Nicholle Allen-Steele

Nicholle Allen-Steele is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Partner at K&L Gates since September 2021 and at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since April 2000. With a strong background in drafting and negotiating various agreements—including development, purchase and sale, easement, and commercial leases—Nicholle specializes in representing individual and corporate clients in both small and multi-million dollar real property transactions. This includes shopping centers, office parks, and other commercial real estate projects. Nicholle holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, obtained in 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, earned in 1992.
