Ward Wellman

Ward Wellman is a highly experienced transactional lawyer, serving as Partner-Retired of Counsel at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since April 1996. In addition to this role, Ward Wellman has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Charlotte School of Law since 2010, teaching Advanced Legal Writing with a focus on Business Contracts Drafting. Prior to their long tenure at Parker Poe, Ward Wellman held the position of Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from March 1988 to July 1995, and at Cummings & Lockwood from April 1977 to March 1988.
