Heather Justus

Heather Justus currently serves as the Water Resources Manager at Parker Water & Sanitation District since April 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at the Town of Castle Rock from October 2014 to April 2023, including Water Resources Project Manager and Water Resource Program Analyst. Additionally, Heather was the owner and hydrogeologist at Fontus Consulting from January 2014 to April 2023, providing sub-consulting services to Wilson Water. Earlier in Heather's career, positions at Leonard Rice Engineers, Inc. from 1996 to January 2013 included roles as Project Manager - Hydrogeologist and Senior Project Hydrogeologist, with responsibilities centered on managing groundwater resource projects. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Adams State University between 1991 and 1995 and pursued additional education at Colorado State University in 1995-1996.
