Brian Miller

Brian Miller is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in water resources and civil engineering. Currently serving as Technical Manager for Water Resources at RK&K since February 2020, Brian leads water resources design on multiple PennDOT projects and conducts hydrology and hydraulics studies. Previously, Brian held roles at STV, including Project Manager and Business Unit Leader for the Highway & Bridge Group, overseeing PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike projects with budgets up to $200 million. Brian's earlier experience includes design engineering positions at Brickhouse Environmental and Weston Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included civil engineering, landfill design, and stormwater management. Brian holds a Master of Science in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Drexel University.
