Nicole Besser

Nicole Besser is an accomplished recruitment specialist with extensive experience in management and training across various sectors. Currently employed at Parker's since October 2019, Nicole has held the roles of recruitment specialist, district manager, and corporate training manager. Prior to Parker's, Nicole worked at enmarket (Enmark Stations Inc.) from June 2016 to October 2019 as a certified training manager. Additionally, Nicole spent 17 years at The Wendy's Company, culminating in the position of general manager. Nicole holds a degree in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2003.
