Hernán Benito Castro has been in the engineering and project management field since 2005. Hernán began their career as a Consulting Engineer at IZ ingenieros y consultores. In 2007, they moved to ACISA as a Project Manager for the enlargement of the Terminal at Jerez Airport. This included contracting suppliers and workers, costs, installation, testing and delivery to the customer on time and within budget. In 2009, they continued their work at ACISA as a Project Manager for AENA, remodeling electrical substations among other Barcelona Airport facilities. In 2011, they moved to Tecsidel as a Project Manager for Toll Projects Management, deploying Toll Collection Systems in varying locations. Since 2016, they have been the Service Delivery Manager at ParkHelp, responsible for all projects from contract signature to commissioning. Hernán also manages the department staff, defines priorities and updates of project's completion and costs.

Hernán Benito Castro received their Engineer degree in Electronics from Universidad de Huelva in 2004. In 2020, they obtained an Open Water Diver certification from PADI.
