DeShawn Heusel currently serves as the Director of Client Advocacy & Public Affairs at Parkhill since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Halff from June 2019 to September 2025, where DeShawn held titles such as Vice President / Director of Client Advocacy, Lead Client Advisor, and Business Development Manager. Earlier, DeShawn was the Director of Client Relations at PATH Engineering, Design and Urbanism from August 2017 to May 2019, and served as the District Coordinator at ULI Oklahoma from July 2009 to July 2017, contributing to ULI’s mission of promoting responsible land use and thriving communities. DeShawn earned a degree from Abilene Christian University between 1989 and 1993.
