Andrea Cedillo

Head of Customer Support at ParkHub

Andrea Cedillo started their work experience as a Customer Support Specialist at ParkHub in September 2017 and transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager in January 2018. Andrea then became a Senior Client Success Manager in July 2018 and held this position until September 2019. In May 2020, Andrea joined Metropolis as a Community Manager and later became the Customer Support Manager in February 2021. Andrea worked at Metropolis until August 2021. In August 2021, Andrea returned to ParkHub as the Manager of Customer Support and was promoted to Head of Customer Support in August 2022.

Andrea Cedillo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Shipping Lithium Batteries from Lion Technology Inc. in June 2023, New Manager Foundations (2022) from LinkedIn in May 2023, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. in December 2021.
