Paolo Lim

Paolo Lim has a strong background in technical support roles. Paolo currently serves as the Technical Support Lead at ParkHub, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Smarking Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist from November 2021 to January 2023. Paolo also held the position of Senior Support Account Manager at Infor from April 2013 to November 2021, and previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer at CERTPOINT Systems Inc. from August 2012 to April 2013.
