Jamie Moore

Jamie Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, they serve as the Director of Sourcing and Sustainability at Parkhurst Dining since August 2020. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group for a remarkable 20 years from December 2000 to August 2020. In this role, Jamie was responsible for sourcing, inspecting, and vetting food sources while working closely with local businesses and farms. They also played a crucial role in developing food safety plans and expanding the company's contract food division. Before joining Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, Jamie worked as a Sales Representative at Alliant Foodservice for a year in 1999. They had a notable stint at Hilton as the Director of Purchasing from January 1996 to June 1999. Jamie started their career in the US Navy as a Mess Management Specialist, serving from June 1989 to June 1993.

Jamie Moore attended Hempfield High School from 1986 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. They later attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
