General Manager at Parkhurst Dining

Rob Coyne has over two decades of experience in the food service management industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Parkhurst Dining since July 2013, Rob has also held positions as General Manager at Camp Kon o Kwee Spencer and Director of Board Operations at Duquesne University. Prior to this, Rob managed board operations at AVI Foodsystems at California University of PA from August 2010 to June 2013 and worked as Executive Chef at various locations for Parkhurst Dining Services from March 2000 to August 2010, including Chatham University and Washington and Jefferson College. Rob holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the PA Institute of Culinary Arts, completed in 1989.
