John Payne is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Parking Base since January 2014. Prior to this role, John gained experience as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and the Air Force Research Laboratory, as well as working as a Full Stack Developer at Payne Software Consulting.
