John Payne

John Payne is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Parking Base since January 2014. Prior to this role, John gained experience as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and the Air Force Research Laboratory, as well as working as a Full Stack Developer at Payne Software Consulting. John completed a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, following a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same institute. John also has previous internship experience at Boeing.
