Melvin Wilcox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and health services. Currently serving as a Health Services Associate at Parkland Community Health Plan since January 2023, Melvin previously held the position of Quality Assurance Associate at CoreLogic from January 2021. Prior roles include Quality Specialist at Owens Corning and Quality Assurance Specialist at Halliburton, showcasing a strong background in quality management. Melvin began a career in the recovery sector as a Non Collateral Recovery Specialist at Santander Consumer USA from April 2009 to June 2013. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Prairie View A&M University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
