Krista Quesnel

Krista Quesnel is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental and sustainability services. Currently serving as the Director of Agriculture and Environment Services at Parkland County since May 2014, Krista has previously held roles including Manager of Community Sustainability and Environmental Engagement Advisor within the same organization. Additionally, Krista has been the President of the Agroforestry & Woodlot Extension Society since June 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability from Western University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Molecular Biology and Ecology from the University of Ottawa. Krista also has experience as a Course Instructor for Environmental Impact Assessment at NAIT and worked as a Biomedical Lab Technician at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.
