Kerri Rudnicki

Kerri Rudnicki currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture Corporate at Parkland Corporation, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri was the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Finning from October 2022 to October 2023, providing strategic advice on DEIB initiatives. Kerri's experience includes significant roles at Cenovus Energy, where responsibilities included driving business cases for diversity and inclusion, and at Husky Energy, focusing on organizational development and talent management. Previous positions also include leadership roles at Suncor Energy, TransAlta, Talisman Energy, CIBC, City of Edmonton, and Rogers Wireless, demonstrating a robust background in HR and organizational effectiveness across various industries. Kerri holds a B.Comm in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Inclusion & Diversity from Cornell University.
