Troy Richter is a seasoned professional in retail operations, currently serving as Director of Retail Operations for Ontario at Parkland Corporation since June 2015, following a successful tenure at Pioneer Energy LP from November 1994 to June 2015 where various positions included Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Systems & Controls. Troy's expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Honors in Business Administration and Management from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
