Charlotte Gambrell

Charlotte Gambrell is an experienced benefits and wellbeing manager currently leading initiatives at Parkland Hospital since November 2019. Responsible for developing and managing annual budgets, Charlotte demonstrates expertise in HRIS systems and operational efficiencies, along with extensive knowledge in employee benefits, including strategic planning, program design, vendor management, and communication planning. Prior to Parkland Hospital, Charlotte served as a Project Manager Sr. Benefits Specialist at Higginbotham, where collaboration with the communications team enhanced client understanding of benefits packages. Charlotte's earlier role as Director of Benefits for North America at Nokia involved overseeing comprehensive benefit programs. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Psychology/Human Resources from Our Lady of the Lake University.
