Matt Newman has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and IT support. Matt began their career at Michigan State University, where they held various roles such as Webmaster, Computer Assistant, Academic Technology Coordinator, and Information Technology Professional.

After leaving the university in 2005, Matt joined Becker Orthopedic, where they served as an Information Systems Support professional. In this role, they managed a multi-server Windows LAN and implemented domain migrations, consolidating services into a single Active Directory structure.
