Chey Garvin

Chey Garvin is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at Parkland School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chey worked as a teacher at Commonwealth Charter Academy Cyber Charter School from February 2022 to July 2022. Chey's career in education began as an interpreter at Bucks County Intermediate Unit, where employment lasted from July 2016 to February 2022, after a brief internship as a sign language interpreting intern at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 in early 2016. Chey holds a Master of Science in Deaf Education from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language/English Interpreting from Mount Aloysius College, along with a high school diploma from Lehighton High School, obtained in 2011.
