Erich Joella's work experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University since December 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Parkland School District as an Assistant Director of Visual and Performing Arts/Teacher starting in August 1996. Erich also worked at Caliente Cab Co./Caliente Food Corp. as the Director of Operations and Training from 1998 to 2002. Erich Joella began their career at McDonald's Corporation in February 1989 as a Shareholder/General Manager (McIntyre Management), where they worked until July 1996.
Erich Joella started their education journey at Moravian University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Music (B. Mus.) degrees in Music Teacher Education. After that, they pursued further education at Lehigh University from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Master's degree/Principal Certification K-12 in Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
