Shauna Boyce

Over her three-decade career in education, Shauna has gained a strong understanding of the power of intent, the importance of strong relationships, and the transformational impact of vision when working with and for others. She has a passion for creating meaningful educational environments in which a culture of contribution, collaboration, and well-being exists for all members. As a leader, Shauna is committed to igniting and nurturing leadership characteristics in those around her, and she is proud to contribute to ongoing conversations around education.

Shauna began her career as a teacher in the Division she now leads. Her experience working at all levels of education included an opportunity to work for four years at Alberta Education. With warm regard and a strong sense of humour, Shauna demonstrates the value of strong community connections. A country-girl at heart, she leads by example and without reservation when it comes to rolling up her sleeves and getting the work done.
