Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew worked as a Chartered Surveyor MRICS at Ryden from December 2007 to December 2018, where they provided professional advice on property lettings, acquisitions, and valuations. In 2019, they joined The Parkmead Group plc as the Group Asset Manager, responsible for establishing a portfolio of land and property assets. In October 2022, they were promoted to Managing Director, Renewables, within the same company. Andrew'srole involves acquiring development land for commercial and residential purposes and exploring opportunities for renewable energy projects. Andrew'stenure at The Parkmead Group plc is ongoing.
