Melissa Yates, PTMP, is a seasoned director and parking mobility expert with nearly two decades of experience managing large projects and organizations. They have held leadership roles such as Director of Parking Services at the University of Colorado Boulder and Access and Parking Manager for the City of Boulder. Currently, they serve as a Partner Program Manager at ParkMobile by Arrive. Previously, Melissa honed their skills at FLASH Parking, where they focused on customer experience and process improvement following a reduction in force. They aim to broaden their expertise by managing more complex teams and systems in their future endeavors.
