Akiva Fischman

Akiva Fischman has a long and varied work experience. In 2005, they began their career as a Business Development employee at Heritage Affinity Services, where they initiated corporate networking alliances and coordinated cross-promotional sales agreements. In 2007, they were a Legal Intern at the Bergen County Counsel's Office, where they developed a proficient working knowledge of a broad spectrum of law. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Law Clerk at Ventantonio & Wildenhain, where they were fully integrated and actively responsible for all aspects of the pre-trial process. During this same time, they were also an Associate at Synergy Legal Staffing. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Owner/Manager of Jackson Creative Strategies and an Associate at the Law Office of Sara Shulevitz. In 2017, they were an Attorney at Update Legal and in 2018 they were VP Operations at PledgeCap. Currently, they are the General Counsel at Parkmyfleet.com.

Akiva Fischman attended the Torah Academy of Bergen County from 1994 to 1998. Akiva then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Yeshiva University between 2000 and 2005. Akiva then attended Rutgers Law School from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a J.D. in Law. In April 2010, they were licensed as an attorney by the New Jersey State Bar Association. In April 2011, they were licensed as an attorney by The Florida Bar.
