Kristin Slanina has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting their career as a Powertrain Engineer at Ford Motor Company, they progressed through leadership positions in global product planning and strategy management, as well as directing Ford's alliance with MIT. Kristin also served as the Chief Operating Officer at TrueCar, where they led the Solutions group and focused on operational effectiveness and revenue growth. Kristin Slanina has held advisory positions and served on the boards of several companies, including Velodyne Lidar, Comstock Inc., and Ouster. Kristin is currently working as the Chief Innovation Officer at ParkMyFleet, focusing on creating EV ecosystems and helping fleets transition to electric vehicles. Additionally, they are a member of the faculty at The Fast Future Executive and holds the position of Chief Transformation Officer and P&L Owner of the Emerging Technology Group at Thirdware Solutions.
