Amanda Li

Amanda Li has extensive experience in category management and purchasing within the retail and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Category Manager at PARKnSHOP since July 2018, Amanda previously held the position of Assistant Category Manager in the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Purchasing Officer at both The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and InterContinental Hong Kong, as well as Category Manager at The Dairy Farm Group. Amanda started in the industry as a Merchandiser at Citysuper Co Ltd. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth and a Higher Diploma in Food Science Technology from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
