Tony Tse

Tony Tse has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics, primarily in the food industry. Tony currently serves as the Supply Chain Management Director at Fairwood Holdings Limited since 2023. Prior to this, they held positions such as Head of Fresh Food Processing and Production at PARKnSHOP from 2018 and Head of Factory & Logistics at Hyakunousha from 2019 to 2023. Tony also worked at Café de Coral Holdings Limited as an Assistant General Manager in Food Factory and Logistics from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Pizza Hut Hong Kong, including Supply Chain Management (Procurement) & QA Director and Supply Chain Management Director from 2007 to 2015. Tony started their career as a General Manager at Nine To Five Jardine Restaurant Group from 2002 to 2007.

From 2000 to 2005, Tony Tse attended Central Queensland University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Tony also obtained a Graduation Certificate in Management during their time there.
