Marella M.

Marella M.'s work experience begins in 2011 as an Accounting Intern at The Timken Company, where they gained experience in external reporting. Marella then moved on to become an Analyst in External Reporting, where they assisted with financial statement preparation and developed skills in technical accounting research. Marella also played a role in implementing a cloud-based SEC reporting solution. In 2014, Marella joined TimkenSteel Corporation as a Sr. Analyst in External Reporting, helping to re-prioritize financial processes and manage global consolidations. Marella later transitioned to a role in Internal Audit, where they improved SOX scoping and control testing. In 2017, Marella became a Sr. Financial Analyst in FP&A, managing forecasting processes and conducting variance analysis reporting. Marella then took on a role as a Sr. Financial Analyst at the Faircrest Plant, where they gained a deeper understanding of TimkenSteel operations at a ground-up level. Most recently, Marella joined ParkOhio Holding Corp. in 2023 as the FP&A Director for the Forged and Machined Products Group.

Marella M. attended Walsh University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Kent State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Marella'sMBA program at Kent State University is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2024.
